 There has never been a better time to become a Mortgage Advisor! 

Every time we watch TV or listen to the radio we are being told that to obtain the very best mortgage advice we must consult with a qualified mortgage advisor - how true that statement is....

There are many opportunities within the mortgage industry and within Total Mortgage Network there are three separate sales opportunities.

The first one is the Company Network for Appointed Representatives. Please see 'The Network'

For those people who are qualified but not yet ready to take the full step of becoming an A R with all it's formalities, e.g. consumer credit licence etc., there is an independent division within the Total Group, called the National Sales Force (NSF).  This gives the advisor the freedom to work at his or her own pace, sourcing their own clients, but with the company providing full processing and compliance back-up.

For those who wish to work in a more structured, orthodox sales environment, the companies other sales Division, the local sales force (LSF), may appeal.  In this Division everything is provided for the advisor including lead provision working office space, management, technical help - infact everything other than actually seeing clients and giving advice and recommendation.

Rewards from these 3 divisions vary according to the amount of support that the company give.  Full details are available on request.
